In the middle of the old city part of Alkmaar is our new "Appartement Wolf". In this lovely cool maisonette are 2 king-size beds with the option of an extra child's bed. It has become a lovely family/friends apartment. The atmosphere is quiet/modern and green. You get everything from the bustling city, but in the evening you are still in the peace and quiet when all the shops are closed. All restaurants and shops are within walking distance of our apartment.
If you sit outside in front of the facade, you can look right at the Waagtoren! The view is fantastic, especially in the evening. All day long boats and fun on the water in front of the door and the house with the ball can almost be called the neighbor. In short, one of the most beautiful places in Alkmaar.
The kitchen downstairs is modern and equipped with all conveniences, such as dishwasher, Nespresso, refrigerator, gas burners, toaster and freezer. In the kitchen is a beautiful king-size table with 8 comfortable chairs, ideal for a drink or games evening. In the living room, the very spacious sofa (which can also be transformed into a super king-size) offers enough space to read, watch TV or chat.
Book a roomOn the upper floor (accessible by stairs) there are 2 king-size beds. There is a modern bathroom with rain shower and double sink, separate toilet, space with washing machine and dryer. The sleeping areas are divided by a curtain. It is therefore noisy, but very cozy and snug.
At the moment the WiFi is not working properly and we are waiting for fiber. Because of this the TV is not working optimally.
Small dogs are allowed on request.
The apartment was delivered on June 20, 2022. So there is still availability during the holidays.
